Why not take a walk along the beautiful North Norfolk Coastal Path and visit the delightful villages, towns and harbours including Wells-next-the-Sea, Burnham Market, Hunstanton and Heacham. Blakeney Point is only a short drive away, which is where you can see seals and the highly regarded RSPB Titwell is also close by. The royal estate of Sandringham, as well as Houghton Hall and Holkham Estate are all only a short drive away.

The well-equipped kitchen boasts a large electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, and the attached dining area caters for seating for everyone and is the perfect place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On from the kitchen is the large lounge, perfect to relax in with plenty of comfortable seating including two sofas and views of the beautiful garden as well as a wood burner and TV. Finally, along from the master bedroom is a further twin bedroom which also has its own en-suite shower room and WC.
Heading outside to the rear of house are the blissful surroundings of a large, private and landscaped garden, perfect for family games, al fresco dining or to take in the fresh country air. There is ample off-road parking to the front of the property.
