This convenient property is tucked away in an elevated position, overlooking the traditional Victorian town with its harbour and beyond to the sea, yet it is just a short walk to the promenade. Stroll into the heart of this seaside town that enjoys a wealth of restaurants, shops and pubs as well as the Landmark Theatre. This is the ideal spot for guests who enjoy walking, being within easy reach of the diverse and awe-inspiring Exmoor National Park and the South West Coast Path that meanders along the rugged and picturesque coastline. A short trip leads you to some of North Devon's finest spots, the golden sandy beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands.
On entering this three-storey town house on the ground floor you will arrive into the hallway, ideal place for storing coats and shoes. From here you will find a cosy snug area with TV and sofa, perfect for having a little me time after a busy day exploring, also on the ground floor is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a handy ground floor WC. Heading up to the first floor you will find the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, after a busy day snuggle up and watch a film on the TV/DVD or cook up a meal in the well-equipped kitchen with electric double oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The dining area has seating for six to enjoy meals together. Up to the second floor is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. There is secure storage for bikes and surfboards along with a drying area for wet suit in the garage area and there is room to park one small car “a Smart car up to a Fiesta size vehicle can be parked in the garage. Otherwise parking is in the public car park nearby.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
