This traditional fisherman's cottage has sandy beaches within an easy walk as well as plenty of eateries, boutiques, and bars. St Ives really does have something for everyone, including the world-renowned Tate Gallery and the home of sculptor Barbara Hepworth, complete with its own sculpture garden where art-lovers can enjoy the artist’s work in their own surroundings. Further afield, visitors are encouraged to take a trip to the stunning Minack theatre, an open-air, seaside theatre which puts on a full programme of plays during the spring and summer seasons.
Accessed through the shared entrance the properties front door is to the left of the entrance. Stepping inside you are welcomed into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has comfy sofas for you to sit and relax in front of the TV with Sky Q (basic package) and soundbar or listen to some music on the CD player or Bluetooth sound box. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a meal with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine along with a dining table to seat everyone. Heading up to the first floor you will find the properties two bedrooms a king-size with storage and TV/DVD and a twin with plenty of storage and has a TV/DVD. Completing the property is a bathroom with a shower over bath and WC.
There is no outside space with this property. There is a reserved parking space in a secure underground car park a very short walk from the property.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
