Seahouses has long been a popular fishing village for couples and families looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The property is located right in the heart of the village, offering quick and easy access to all of the local sights and restaurants. Those looking to stay in Seahorses do so for a number of reasons. Visitors can enjoy afternoons spent exploring the nearby Bamburgh village and castle or getting lost in the beauty of Alnwick Gardens and castle. Though the area is small and traditional, there are plenty of pubs, shops and restaurants available, including the Schooner Inn, offering you the chance to relax with all the local comforts of home.
The lovely exterior of this holiday property itself offers delightful and typical rural charm whilst the inside of the single-level accommodation contains everything you might expect in your own home. On entering the property, you'll discover the lounge, which comes complete with a comfortable sofa, armchair and TV. The electric flame-effect wood burner adds ambience and a cosy feeling to the room. And don't worry, when it’s time to sit down to enjoy your meal, you can do so at the dining table that has seating for two. The kitchen includes everything you’ll need to cook tasty meals, including a small fridge/freezer, microwave and electric oven with hob. After a long and wonderful day, you'll find yourself easily falling asleep in a comfy double bed. The bedroom also contains wardrobe space and a DAB clock radio with room to dock your iPod or iPhone. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath with WC.
You are able to unload your car outside the front of the property, however, please note that there is no allocated parking for the cottage itself. Instead, the local area offers free parking options.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
