This charming detached property is set in the centre of the village of Mosterton, which boasts a local pub and shop. Head South and visit the stunning Jurassic Coastline, where you can spend an afternoon wandering through the quaint cobbled streets of Lyme Regis or stretch out on the beach at West Bay. Nearby, Charmouth is the ideal spot for a day out fossil hunting.

Next door to the kitchen you will find the bright and airy lounge with cosy furniture and TV and DVD, the perfect spot to relax after a long day exploring the area. Heading back into the hallway you will find steep cottage style stairs leading up to the first floor. Here you will find two of the bedrooms, a king-size and a double. There is also a cosy den with an Xbox, DVD's, board games and bean bags. Completing this floor is a contemporary shower room with WC.
Heading outside, you will find an inviting enclosed front garden with a raised lawn area and gravel terrace with table and chairs, perfect for a spot of al fresco dining. A gate leads from the front garden through to a more spacious lawn garden, which is also enclosed making this an ideal space for all the family to enjoy. To the side of the property is roadside parking for two cars.
