Nestled amid the magnificent scenery of the spectacular Angus Glens, in the beautiful Clova valley. Wonderfully positioned at the foot of the splendid Glen Doll. With an array of mountain ranges, lochs and country tracks all close at hand to explore. The immediate area has abundant wildlife and offers a wealth of outdoor activities. Including loch and river fishing for salmon and trout, Munro bagging, walking to deer stalking and biking. Located 12 miles from the historic town of Kirriemuir. That was the birthplace of Bon Scott of the Rock group ACDC and J M Barrie, author of Peter Pan. Golfers will be delighted with the area boasting numerous local and links courses, including the championship course at Carnoustie.
Entering the charming single storey cottage, through to the hall. Into the light and bright stylish lounge, enjoying magnificent Glen views. Perfect place to relax in the evenings and enjoy a good movie or your favourite TV programme, after an epic day out exploring the local area. The lounge also has French doors that lead directly outside to the decked area, with private hot tub. Next is the lovely double bedroom with ample storage space. Bathroom with shower over bath and WC, located next door. Followed by the dining room, perfect for romantic and family gatherings. You are then met with a well-equipped kitchen, ideal for those wishing to stay in and cook. Kitchen comprises of an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. Finally completing the accommodation is the pretty twin bedroom that has an en-suite shower room, with shower and WC.
Venturing outside to the enclosed garden with decked area and lovely private hot tub to enjoy. There is also a seating area, perfect for al fresco dining. Or lazy evening star gazing across the magnificent scenery, of the Glen Clova valley and beyond. There is ample off-road parking available next to the property.
