Set on the stunning north-eastern coast of Norfolk, Mundesley is a pretty Victorian seaside town with a beautiful beach, colourful beach huts, shallow rock pools and sandy beaches stretching out for miles. There’s also a fantastic choice of restaurants, pubs, shops and cafes, and the town retains much of its old-world charm with plenty of quaint cottages, a maritime museum and a 19th century flour mill. Nestling in the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the Norfolk Broads, Mundesley is a perfect base for a fabulous family holiday, with the nearby cliffs offering stunning views and great opportunities for spectacular walks. Cromer, Great Yarmouth and the historic city of Norwich are all within easy reach.
Ideally located in a holiday village with assistance on hand around the clock, this is one of four beautiful barn conversions which surround a delightful shared garden area. On entering this lovely property you will find yourself in the spacious and welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With plenty of comfy seating and TV, the light and inviting lounge is an ideal space to relax in at the end of a great day. You will also find a delightful dining area ideal for four guests, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in electric oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Exploring this cosy property further you will find two comfortable bedrooms: one double and a twin room. There’s also a shower room and a separate WC.
Stepping outside, there’s a lovely communal garden which is shared with the other three properties on-site. You can also relax in a private garden area to the side of the property with lovely views over the surrounding fields. You will also find an excellent self-service cafe and games room. Ideally situated, this spacious open-plan space has plenty of sofas and tables and a large TV screen. There’s also a snooker table and pool table (pay as you go) as well as table football, a choice of board games, table tennis and customer toilets. There’s a sun terrace outside with tables and chairs, making this a wonderful place to go if you want some extra space to relax. Free to use for all residents, opening times are from 8am until 6pm. Off-road parking is available for two cars.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
