Grade II listed cottage situated within a few minutes walk from the traditional Cornish fishing harbour of Mevagissey. With quaint shops, local pubs and restaurants within walking distance, you are sure to enjoy what this picturesque village has to offer.
You will also be well placed to venture further afield and explore the many attractions Cornwall has to offer suiting all tastes, including The Eden Project, Lands End, Lost Gardens of Heligan, National Trust houses and gardens, The Tall Ships at Charlestown, Tate Gallery at St Ives, and many more. The small sandy beach of Pentewan is approximately 2 miles away and further along you will find Carlyon Bay, both are excellent for all water sports and swimming. To the other side of the hallway is the dining room, accessed via a low doorway, a great area for those family meals with a table seating four. Also, on the ground floor is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Heading up the cottage style stairs, you will come to the first floor where the twin bedroom can be found. The lounge on this floor is a cosy room with TV/DVD, Bluetooth speaker, multi-fuel burner (first basket of logs included) and window seat, a perfect area to relax in following an action packed day of exploring. Directly from the lounge you can make your way up the steep stairs to the king-size bedroom with TV, feature fireplace and window seat. To the front of the property across a narrow path is the small patio/garden with garden furniture and BBQ - There is hillside allocated parking available for one car approximately 300 yards from the property.
