This lovely cottage sits in a perfect position in the charming cliff-top hamlet of Talmine, with beautiful views over to the Rabbit Isles and along the North Coast. With its beautiful sandy beach, harbour and jetty, Talmine is one of several tranquil villages in this peaceful fishing and crofting community which look across the picturesque Tongue Bay. Shops and hotels can be found in the pretty village of Tongue which is only three miles away. The beautiful beach at Skinnet is also nearby. Boat trips to the Rabbit Islands are popular, and are ideal for good diving, or you could enjoy a picnic on the beautiful sheltered beach.
On entering this charming property you will find yourself in the spacious and attractive lounge, which is a perfect space for relaxing in, with comfortable seating, open fire, TV, DVD and hi-fi. Exploring this delightful holiday cottage further you will find an elegant dining conservatory, with stunning views, making it an ideal place to dine in style. Moving into the stylishly designed kitchen, you will find it fully equipped with everything you may need including electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a bathroom complete with bath and large separate shower. Heading up to the first floor you will find three cosy bedrooms. There’s a comfy double room, a single and a twin bedroom with en-suite WC.
Stepping outside, you can sit back, unwind and relax in the garden which has a large lawn area complete with table and seating, from which you can admire the beautiful far reaching sea views. Off-road parking available next to the property.
