This property is situated close to Brixham’s bustling harbour, which is always busy with fishing boats, pleasure craft, and ferries which run around the bay to the resort town of Torquay. The harbour itself is a fascinating place for a stroll, as is the town itself where visitors can enjoy browsing the shops and sampling the local seafood served up by many of the local pubs and restaurants. Those who enjoy walks will love the coastal paths which lead out of town and offer fantastic views of the bay, whilst passing by some lovely secluded beaches such as those at St Mary’s Bay and Fishcombe Cove.

The kitchen has everything that guests will need to prepare their favourite dishes, should they choose to cook whilst on holiday, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. A door from the kitchen leads outside to the steep steps which bring guests to the terrace. The bedroom is located on the first floor: a double room with an en-suite shower room with WC, and views over the harbour. In an unexpected addition to the property, there is also a bathroom on this floor with a relaxing roll-top bath, separate shower, and WC.
Behind the property there are 3 levels of terraces, which is accessed from the ground-floor. There are steep steps leading to all 3 levels, the terraces provide spectacular views over Torbay. The steps up to the terraces are unlit and are dark at night. The table and chairs on the terrace provide the perfect space to enjoy drinks whilst taking in the stunning views. The owners of the property provides guests with a free parking space for the marina car park, which is just 400 metres from the property, this must be arranged prior to arrival.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
