Situated within the stunning rugged Exmoor National Park you will be ideally based to explore the picturesque North Devon and Somerset coastlines. Fantastic walks are available directly from the property’s front door including a circular walk to the village pub, or enjoy excellent coastal walks along the South West Coast Path. For those looking for a little more hustle and bustle, the seaside town of Minehead is just a drive away, and offers a range of shops, restaurants, and attractions along with its sandy beach. Other places of interest in the area include the pretty villages of Porlock, Lynton and Lynmouth, the harbour town of Watchet, the West Somerset Steam Railway and National Trusts Knighthayes Court and the medieval village of Dunster with its fascinating castle.

The enclosed decked terrace can be accessed from the lounge/diner and garden and is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a spot of al fresco dining. To the side of the property there is ample off-road parking for two cars. The property is accessed via a small country lane, please take care whist driving.
