Sibleyback Lake is just over six miles away, offering an array of water sports and activities, with Trethorne Leisure Park and St Mellion Resort within easy reach. Ideally located for both the north and south coast, the seaside villages of Polperro and Looe, and the golden sands of Padstow and Polzeath, are easily accessible, with a beach in West Looe a short drive being perfect for dog walks. On the first floor, there are four bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, and en-suite shower room with WC. This is accessed via a large bedroom with twin beds, with a further twin bedroom and another room with double bed.
