The walk up Roseberry Topping was recently named one of Britain’s favourite walks and the views from the summit are pretty spectacular. A circular walk from Great Ayton to Roseberry Topping will take approximately five hours and also takes in nearby Captain Cooks Monument. A short drive away is the delightful market town of Stokesley, hosting a weekly market on its handsome cobbled square, together with independent shops, cafes and restaurants. Keen walkers should join the famous Cleveland Way or head south to reach the breath-taking North York Moors.
