The village boasts great amenities including a shop, array of eateries and nine-hole golf course. The immediate area is also a paradise for all outdoor pursuits including walking, biking, Munro bagging, trout fishing and you could enjoy a thrilling range of water sports on Loch Earn. Cyclist enthusiasts can head to Comrie Croft (8 miles) where they offer delivery and collection of bikes. Easy reach of the pretty village of Comrie and beautiful towns of Crieff and Callander, all within 20 miles. Or travel further afield and visit the cities of Perth and Stirling, both within 30 miles.
Step inside this charming detached single-storey lodge from the fully enclosed garden into the vestibule, the perfect place to store your outdoor clothing, through to the open-plan light and bright lounge/kitchen/diner. The comfortable lounge with smart TV/DVD and CD player is the ideal place to relax and unwind and on those cooler evenings enjoy cosy nights in front of the roaring wood burner. The dining area is perfect for romantic or family gatherings, cook up a feast in the kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Next is the super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made into a twin on request) with a TV and an en-suite shower and WC. Completing the accommodation is the lovely king-size bedroom with a TV and an en-suite bathroom with a lovely corner Jacuzzi bath and WC. There is also a utility area in the bathroom with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside, there is a fully enclosed garden with lovely views over the splendid Loch Earn with seating area, charcoal BBQ and outdoor heater. It’s perfect for al fresco dining and lazy evening stargazing perhaps with a nice glass of wine, good local ale or a wee dram. There is private off-road parking for two cars available in front of the lodge.
