This lovely property is located in the English Riviera town of Brixham and just a short walk from the town’s harbour. Famed for its wide selection of shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as its beaches and coastal walks, there is plenty to do to keep the family busy here. There are several beaches within easy reach, including the town’s main Breakwater Beach, the peaceful St Mary’s Bay and Shoalstone Beach with its tidal pool. Further afield, the towns of Torquay and Paignton are popular destinations with visitors which can be reached by foot ferry. Other attractions such as Kents Cavern, Paignton Zoo, Quay West and Woodlands Adventure Park are also close by to keep everyone in the family entertained.
Access is via steps from the road leading to the front door of this delightful property. Once inside you will see the light and airy open-plan lounge/diner. This space has comfortable seating for all guests and the lounge is the perfect place to unwind in front of the Smart TV after a day of exploring the South Devon beaches. Moving to the back of the property is the kitchen comprising of an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Around the corner, you will also find a handy utility area that has a washing machine. Heading up the stairs to the first floor you will find two bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a lovely double, which faces the front of the property and benefits from harbour views. On the first floor, there is also a bathroom which features a shower over the bath and WC. The master bedroom can be found on the second floor, a light and spacious king-size bedroom which has fantastic views overlooking Brixham harbour. There is also a TV in the master bedroom for those looking to have a lazy morning in bed.
The property features a small courtyard area that is accessed from the kitchen. Here there is a little spot to sit outside for a morning coffee before setting off for the day ahead. Parking can be found in public car parks, local charges apply.
