With Exmoor National Park on its doorstep for keen walkers and being a few miles from the coast, there are plenty of opportunities to explore the local beaches and coves, including Woody Bay and Lee Bay, and the beautiful sandy beach at Woolacombe which is only 13 miles away. Other attractions nearby include the Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway, the Wildlife and Dinosaur Park at Combe Martin and Watermouth Castle with its family-friendly attractions.
