There are French doors off the lounge area leading onto your very own balcony to enjoy your morning coffee looking out over the playing fields and watching the sunrise, you can enjoy views of the local sports ground and on a match day you can even cheer on the local side from here. The dining table is big enough for ten to enjoy a meal together or simply sit around and enjoy games and some snacks. The contemporary kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer, everything you could need to prepare a simple breakfast or evening meal. On the second floor you will find three further bedrooms. There is a double room at the front of the house with built-in storage and a smart TV, a twin room, plus a single room.
