Pop into Carmarthen and its castle which lies on the River Tywi, or head to Newcastle Emlyn if you are after an attractive shopping destination, both within 9 miles. Cenarth, with its renowned waterfalls and rich history of coracle fishing, is a lovely place to explore too. The stunning West Wales coastline is surprisingly close, just over 15 miles to the seaside resort of Aberporth, the beach at New Quay and the harbour at Aberaeron. Enjoy castles, museums, galleries and outdoor activities throughout the year in the countryside and along the coast.

The utility room offers a washing machine and tumble dryer, and is located right by the shower room with shower and WC. Upstairs there are three bedrooms to choose from: the twin, double or king-size with feature beams and views down the valley. Enjoy a leisurely bath in the bathroom with a bath and WC as you ponder your holiday plans.
Outside is the decking leading into an enclosed garden with grass, fruit trees and seating so you can relax overlooking the meadow. Maybe enjoy a charcoal BBQ or a picnic to make the most of the weather and lovely views. To the side of the barn is the parking area with ample space for three cars. Please note the house is accessed by a private drive that is narrow and very steep.
