This converted annexe occupies a quiet spot, situated near the village of Crackington Haven in beautiful North Cornwall.
Located just 50 yards from the village shop and post office in Higher Crackington and 1 mile away from the picturesque beach, which offers a local pub with a warm and friendly atmosphere and good food. There are many attractive walks around the area, which can be accessed from the coastal footpath which will lead you over the magnificent cliffs on either side of the beach. The seaside town of Bude is approximately 8 miles away and offers further good surfing beaches and an abundance of shops and pubs.
The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double fitted into the roof space, so be aware that the ceilings slope down and are low on both sides, with TV/DVD and Freeview. Additional z-bed available on request. Bathroom: downstairs with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: downstairs offers an open-plan living area which looks out to the wonderful view with electric fire, TV, Freeview, DVD and fold-out dining table. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Outside: private enclosed garden with furniture and BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi, electric and heating included. 2 dogs welcome. Regret no smoking. Location: shop and post office just around the corner, beach and pub within 1 mile.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
