Set within 55 acres of rolling Cornish countryside, well away from roads, yet a short distance from the beautiful south coast and traditional fishing ports of Looe and Polperro. Complimented by a range of accommodation including the imposing manor house and a rural caravan and camping park.
Whatever the time of year, there is much to do on-site and in the local area. Enjoy the views of the sea and Looe Island from the shared pool sun terrace. You can also enjoy the breathtaking coastline with its string of sandy beaches and mix of shops, taverns, eateries and attractions dotted around this exceptional part of the county. The lively city of Plymouth and Drake shopping centre are 30 minutes drive and St Austell, Bodmin, the Eden Project and Gardens of Heligan are within easy reach.
Leisure facilities (please note these are shared with guests of the caravan park and other cottages on site): tranquil walks around the lakes on site, indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub open all year round (please note for health and safety reasons children under 16 are not permitted to use the hot tub). There is also a bar, mini cinema and hot food takeaway which is open at Easter, Whitsun, summer school holidays and autumn half term. Play facilities: children's play park. Games room: with pool, air hockey and video games. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Limited Wi-Fi available on site. Regret no pets or smoking. Location: Millendreath beach 1.7 miles, small family shop on site, additional shop and pub 2 miles. Arrival: 4pm.

Kitchen area with dishwasher, washing machine, range cooker, hob, American fridge/freezer with ice maker and microwave. Outside: enclosed courtyard with exclusive use of hot tub (please note for health and safety reasons children under 16 are not permitted to use the hot tub) for the sole use of the guests staying at the property, seating and BBQ.
