This semi-detached converted barn offers a high standard of accommodation and is nestled in the peaceful countryside making it an ideal place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
There are a wealth of breathtaking coastlines just a short drive away (by road the popular coastal town of Bude being 13 miles from the property), as well as many other beaches and attractions to suit all tastes which include Tamar Lakes, Clovelly, RHS Rosemoor, The Milky Way Adventure Park and The Big Sheep. Slightly further afield, but still within about an hour’s drive are the North Devon market town of Barnstaple, Dartmoor National Park, historic Tintagel, and Bodmin Moor, making this property an ideal base for exploring some of the highlights of Devon and Cornwall.
Farm activities: guests can visit the tame sheep in their field by arrangement with the owner and say hello to the chickens and ducks. Outside: guests can exercise their dogs in one of the owner's designated fields onsite. Shared seating area overlooking the pond for guests to enjoy. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. Additional info: private water supply from a spring. Location: pub and shop 2 miles, beach 10 miles. This charming converted barn offers THREE bedrooms: located on the first-floor, 1 king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 1 twin with en-suite bathroom with hand-held shower and WC. 1 king located on the ground-floor with en-suite walk-in shower and WC. Shower room: located downstairs, with shower and WC. Lounge/diner: with patio doors, woodburner (first basket of logs included), flatscreen TV, DVD, recording HD box and PlayStation2 with a collection of games. Kitchen: with electric oven with hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Utility: with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. Outside: enclosed patio with seating you are also welcome to explore the land. 4 well-behaved dogs welcome, more by arrangement (please ensure that dogs are kept on a lead, unless in the enclosed garden or exercise field, as the owners have resident cats, sheep and chickens).
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
