This terraced cottage is situated in the centre of Appledore, ideal for those who want to get away from it all. Its location means that beaches, shops and local attractions are all within easy reach.
Situated in the heart of Appledore, this gorgeous cottage is a short walk from the quayside and the village’s shops, pubs, art galleries and restaurants. Beach lovers can take the 40-minute journey to Croyde beach, or head in the other direction to Westward Ho!’s beach, where you will also find a selection of shops, restaurants and the Royal Devon Golf Club. Instow is just a quick car journey away, whilst the historic village of Clovelly is also easily reached, so you can explore the cobbled streets to your heart’s content. There are also many family attractions in the area including The Big Sheep, Arlington Court, Dartington Crystal and The Milky Way.
This idyllic cottage is decorated in a tasteful, contemporary style throughout. The bright and airy lounge is equipped with a TV, Blu-Ray player (also plays DVDs), Freeview and a feature wood burner (first basket of logs included). The kitchen/diner includes a gas hob and oven, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The dining area has a table and seating for four people. Upstairs, there is one double bedroom with a wardrobe, feature fireplace, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers. Also on the same floor, there is a beautiful, light twin room with a shared bedside table. The bathroom is fitted with a shower over bath and WC.
Outside is a small decked courtyard with garden furniture (table and chairs), ideal for a delicious meal on a summer evening. There is also nearby roadside parking outside the property and a pay and display car park close-by.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
