Thoughtfully converted former dairy barn located on the owner’s non-working farm in rural Somerset, close to the Dorset border and within easy driving distance of beaches on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast.
This property is located in South Somerset, in an area which has plenty to offer visitors, no matter what their tastes and interests. Just 2 miles aware there is a the market town of Crewkerne with an array of eateries and shops with some large stores such as Waitrose and also independent shops and cafes. Within fifteen miles of the property, there are a number of fantastic beaches, including the expansive West Bay which visitors may recognise as the stunning back drop to the TV series Broadchurch. A little further around the coast, the town of Lyme Regis is famed for its fossil-rich coastline and its fantastic range of eateries. Other attractions within easy access of the property include the Fleet Air Arm Museum, the market town of Axminster, and Pecorama railway museum and gardens.
On entering this homely property, guests first come to the kitchen/diner where they can quickly and easily make themselves at home. The dining table here seats four, whilst the kitchen area itself is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer.
