This welcoming two-bedroom property enjoys superb countryside views in the sought-after village of Lucker, with the fabulous beaches of Northumberland’s heritage coastline just 4 miles away. You can enjoy a wide range of day trips to the beaches, or take part in water sports, fishing or horse riding. Visit the castles at Bamburgh, Alnwick and Dunstanburgh, or wander the coastal paths for a bracing walk or leisurely cycle. You can of course, sample the delights of the many seaside villages - many with their own local attractions, shops and restaurants - which surround this beautiful part of the world.
You will enter the bright hallway where you can hang your coats and store your boots and shoes. A door leads you into the open-plan lounge and dining area with a large window flooding light into the room. There is a comfortable sofa and chair where you can relax in front of the wood burner after your days out and about. For your entertainment, there is a Smart TV/DVD and the property has its own Netflix account so you'll have plenty of choice for a night in catching up with your favourite movie. The dining table has seating for four so you can enjoy meals in with your family or friends. The bright and airy kitchen has a large window overlooking part of the garden and views of open countryside, and has a breakfast bar and stools where you can sit and plan your day. Facilities include an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a washer/dryer for your convenience. Stairs from the hallway lead you up to the first floor where you will find the two bedrooms: the master bedroom with king-size bed, TV, chest of drawers and spacious wardrobe and the twin bedroom which also benefits from a TV with a wardrobe and chest of drawers to store your things. The family bathroom has a rainfall shower over the bath, with a separate WC next door.
Guests can enjoy the expansive views from the rear garden which has a lawn area with a BBQ so you can have fun cooking outside too. The decked patio area features garden furniture perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing with a drink in the summer months. There is off-road parking for up to two cars on an unallocated basis.
