The property is just a short drive away from Looe, Liskeard and traditional fishing villages that hug the south Cornish coast. Whitsand Bay, Downderry and Seaton beaches are nearby and all a popular choice. The nearest, Looe, has all the attractions expected from a small holiday resort with fishing and speed boat trips to ice cream parlours, shops, restaurants and. North is Bodmin Moor with many walking opportunities, views over the countryside and the old mining houses. It is also within easy reach of Cornwall’s many attractions including Lanhydrock house, Looe’s Monkey Sanctuary, the Adrenaline Quarry, for the walkers visit Sibleyback Lake and for the cyclists, there are many routes to choose from, including the Cardinham woods.
As you enter you will find yourself in an instant welcoming light and spacious entrance hall with balcony from the reverse-level living above. On the ground floor there’s a king-size master bedroom with wardrobe, vanity area to get ready for your day out and en-suite wet room with rainwater shower and WC and a twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request) with wardrobe. A bathroom has a rainwater shower over bath and WC. As you head up to the first floor you'll find vaulted ceilings, glorious windows with tremendous light throughout and a superb wood burner, the lounge area is a perfect spot to watch a film on the Smart TV or listen to your favourite music on the Bluetooth speaker. The country style kitchen/diner is well-equipped with electric double Rangemaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer, so perfect for creating a scrummy lunch. Enjoy a lazy breakfast at the dining table and admire the countryside views.
Outside is an open seating area with table and chairs to enjoy the sunshine. Dogs can be let off their leads in the enclosed orchard garden which has another seating area, next to parking for two cars.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
