This character cottage which is over 450 years old, with its low ceilings and quirky features was completely refurbished in 2018, sitting in a picturesque position with far-reaching views across open farmland to the sea. The property is situated on the outskirts of Stratton on the A3072 with easy access to both Cornwall and Devon. Sitting just three miles from Bude with its sandy beaches, sea lock, canal, restaurants, pubs, shops, supermarkets, banks and much, much more. It is close to a variety of lovely locations including Tintagel, Padstow, The Eden Project, Clovelly and Hartland. There are many popular attractions nearby including animal sanctuaries, adventure centres, heritage sites and leisure activities.
