On the outskirts of popular Appledore, you will be a fifteen minute stroll from the quayside which is steeped in nautical history. Enjoy fishing trips, numerous pubs, restaurants, galleries and the Maritime Museum, or take a boat ride across to Instow. Westward Ho! is a popular seaside resort less than a mile away and has two miles of long sandy beach. It also gives you access to the National Trust cliff-tops for walkers. The market town of Bideford is a ten minute drive away and where you can catch the MS Oldenburg for a day trip to Lundy Island. Amongst many other delights in North Devon are The Big Sheep, Tapeley Park, Arlington Court and The Milky Way Adventure Park.
On entering this property, you will find yourself in the bright and attractive open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Heading outside, you can relax at the end of an enjoyable day in the large enclosed tiered garden, which has a beautifully furnished patio area, making it ideal for dining al fresco. Off-road parking is available for four cars.
