Studded amongst the sweeping Pembrokeshire countryside within 8 miles of the coast, this attractive detached lodge is handily located at the heart of a pretty caravan/lodge park. Boasting pretty Georgian architecture, a 13th-century ruined castle and an array of independent craft shops, Narbeth is 1.5 miles away and is a brilliant place to explore. Refuel with a slap-up meal in one of the welcoming eateries, and don your walking boots in search of adventure across the plethora of scenic trails. Wiseman’s Bridge has a wonderful sandy beach within 8 miles, and an 11-mile drive will bring you to the cobbled streets of historic Tenby with its iconic harbour and three excellent beaches.
Encircled by mature woodland and overlooking woodland in a stunning rural location wake up to the sound of birdsong, gathering in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner to enjoy breakfast as a family. A gas fire and wooden panelling keeps the room warm and the cosy furniture is inviting on blustery winter afternoons. The kitchen area has gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher and the table has ample seating for your entire party. Weary from your adventures, the generous bathroom has a shower-over-the-bath for long soaks or an invigorating shower. There’s a twin bedroom with two small 2ft 6” beds for the youngest guests, whilst the grown-ups have a choice of an inviting double or twin bedroom.
Take your morning coffee onto the veranda to admire the views before breakfast, or settle down for an al fresco feast on the patio. The grounds offer access to woodland walks and bridleways. Off-road parking space is available for one car.
