Bideford sits astride the South West Coast Path and offers access to the Tarka Trail a long-distance track and cycle way which follows the old railway line alongside the river.

The surfing beaches of Westward Ho! Saunton Sands and Croyde are all an easy drive.
Stroll into town where there is a bustling quayside with shops pubs and eateries.
In the evenings enjoy a BBQ or just sit back and relax on the large terrace.
On entering this beautiful house you are greeted by a spacious entrance hall with imposing staircase.
To your left is a comfortable and cosy lounge with coal effect gas fire.
There is a second lounge/library which is ideal for quiet reading with a large selection of books and stunning orangery which leads to the garden.
At the end of the hallway is a light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is superbly furnished with TV/DVD and French doors that open onto the terrace.
The stylish kitchen area has an island unit and is surrounded by a double electric oven gas hob large fridge and dishwasher here you will also find a large dining table perfect for gathering all the family around.
The utility room which is accessed up a couple of steps has an American style fridge/freezer microwave washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Leading on from this is a handy mini gym.
There is also a separate WC off the entrance hall.
Heading up the staircase there are six bedrooms all with en-suite facilities as shown.
