Just off from the kitchen is the ground floor bathroom with bath and WC and a utility area with washing machine. The lounge provides the focal point for the property with a central feature fireplace and wood burner, cosy up on those winter nights and for the enthusiast there is Sky TV at the opposite end you will find the dining table able to seat 6 people. From the lounge, a door leads into the orangery which is a perfect area to take in the beautiful garden views and relax, a fantastic spot to enjoy the chocolate box style cottage garden. A central staircase leads you to the first floor where the bedrooms and the shower room is located. This three bedroom property consists of one superking, one double and one twin. Completing the accommodation is the shower room with WC.

The owners accommodation is attached to the property however, there are no shared facilities. There is off-road parking for two cars.
