This cosy cottage sits on edge of Exmoor National Park with amazing views of the 18 acres of open countryside. The properties benefit from being in an elevated position where you are surrounded by acres of countryside and woodlands offering a relaxing and tranquil holiday retreat. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind with many beautiful country and coastal walks to be enjoyed from the doorstep, or a short drive takes you to the outstanding Exmoor National Park.
The lovely village of Combe Martin is a few minutes’ drive away, and hosts a highly recommended 17th century inn. Also nearby is the delightful picturesque village of Berrynarbor. The golden sandy beaches of Croyde, Saunton, Putsborough and Woolacombe are all just a twenty-minute drive away, offering some of the best sand and surf in the South West.
On entering this cosy cottage, you will find yourself in the bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The welcoming lounge offers a TV and DVD. The dining area is ideally situated, and the attractive kitchen is equipped with everything you might need including an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Exploring further, you will find a comfy double bedroom, and a bathroom complete with shower over the bath and WC.
Heading outside, you can unwind at the end of the day on the spacious lawn area with outdoor seating which is shared with the other properties in the complex. Alternatively, you could head for the shared indoor heated swimming pool with sunken hot tub. There are also 18 acres of gardens and paddocks to explore, making the site a real country retreat. Ample on-site parking is available.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
