This detached family home is set in an elevated position in a residential cul-de-sac in the heart of the seaside town of Woolacombe, a popular destination for holidaymakers, mainly thanks to the town’s stunning sandy beach which stretches on for an impressive three miles and is manned by lifeguards from Easter to September. More adventurous types may like to try their hand at a new water sport, such as kayaking, surfing, or stand-up paddle boarding, lessons in which are all available at the beach side surf school. For those who fancy spending some time away from the beach, there is plenty to see and do in the area, including Combe Martin Wildlife Park, Watermouth Castle, boat rides from Ilfracombe harbour, and Exmoor National Park.
Approaching the property via a short flight of external steps you reach the front door and enter this welcoming seaside retreat. Off the dining area are the three bedrooms, the master double has extensive coastal views, best enjoyed from the patio doors that lead to a private balcony, this room has an en-suite shower room with WC. A further twin room has extensive walk in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The third bedroom is a triple bunk bedroom with a double bed with a single bed over, TV and ample storage space. This room is conveniently located alongside a shower room with shower and WC.
Heading outside there is a patio area and balcony to the front of the property and a large private tiered garden at the rear offering sea views from the top level. Off road parking for two cars on the driveway.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
