The seaside town has a variety of amenities and the house is very close to the Tunnels Beach and only a short drive to the nearby golf course. There is fabulous walking direct from the property which puts you right on the South West Coastal Path, or just wander along towards the harbour. Further afield you have local attractions including the picturesque coastal village of Woolacombe which boasts a three mile long golden sandy beach, pubs, restaurants and shops. As well as Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Watermouth Castle and the National Trust's Arlington Court.
