Excellent for cyclists, walkers and wildlife lovers alike, with world class mountain biking at Afan Forest Park, the seaside at Aberavon Beach and Waterfall Country in the Vale of Neath.This property is also well placed for attractions, such as Margam Country Park with acres of countryside with a castle, deer park and visitors centre and Bryngarw Country Park with woodland, lakes and a pond. Kenfig Nature Reserve is just a short drive, which is a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest and offers various activities including bird watching and hiking which also leads to the beach and adjoins a super gold course.

These offer very versatile sleeping accommodation with a bunk bed in each room that can be easily folded against the wall if not required and twin zip-and-links beds (that can be made up as a super-king-size on request). Each room can therefore sleep up to four guests, each bedroom also has an en-suite shower room with shower and WC. There are sliding doors leading outside from each bedroom with added black out blinds, to enjoy a good night rest. This is a simply fantastic venue for a family get-together or a party of cyclists and walkers.
Outside there is a delightful inner courtyard and a rear garden with garden furniture and a gas BBQ, both are enclosed. There is a very handy purpose-built, lockable bike store for 12 bikes. There is off-road parking for up to 4 cars.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
