Step back in time and aboard a steam train, conveniently located behind the main farmhouse is the West Somerset Railway, that takes you through the beautiful Somerset countryside. Head to the coast and visit Watchet with it’s pretty harbour, or the coastal town of Minehead, further along the coast are the attractive villages of Porlock, Lynmouth and Lynton. Dunster with its National Trust castle towering above it is a must see and is just a short drive, as is Exmoor National Park, perfect for those wishing to walk or cycle this awe-inspiring landscape.

You and your four-legged friends are very welcome to explore the owner’s 25 acres and enjoy an abundance of walks over the land and along the river bank, or stop off at a picnic bench and enjoy a picnic lunch. There is a shared utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is ample off-road parking found opposite the property, across the lane, in a disused farmyard, however you can drop off luggage easily.
