This sweet detached bungalow is set in a quiet wooded location, looking out to its own cottage garden. This spacious retreat is traditionally furnished and is a comfortable base to enjoy all of the delights that Pembrokeshire has to offer.

Ludchurch is a small rural village in Pembrokeshire. The market town of Narberth, with an eclectic mix of shops for the discerning browser is a short drive. There is much to see and do with beautiful beaches at Amroth and Wiseman’s Bridge approximately two miles away. National Trust Colby Woodland Gardens is well worth a visit and the coastal resorts of Saundersfoot and Tenby, with charming cobbled streets, are a little further along the coast. Boat trips and traditional seaside fare can be enjoyed here. The county is a firm holiday favourite with a plethora of historic castles and many attractions such as Oakwood, Blue Stone, Heatherton and Folly Farm within 10 miles.

As you enter this sweet cottage you will enter the spacious hallway, the perfect space to hang your coats and kick off your walking boots or flip flops. Just off the hallway to the left you will enter the lounge, this light and airy space has comfortable seating and is the perfect to relax after a busy day exploring the wonderful Pembrokeshire coastline, there is also a Smart TV and electric wood effect burner. There are patio doors leading from the lounge to the front of the property. As you continue your stroll from the entrance hallway you will find yourself in the real heart of the home the spacious kitchen/diner this newly fitted kitchen with ample storage is the perfect space to cook up a storm and enjoy an evening meal together. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven, hob and grill, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave and large dining table. Just off the kitchen/diner you will find a handy utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a further door leading to the garage, the perfect space to store surfboards, bikes and canoes. There is a further door leading off the utility room to the rear garden area. As you walk back to the entrance hallway, you will find the sleeping quarters, the first is a sweet single bedroom with garden views followed by the family bathroom with bath and WC. To complete this property, you will find the final two bedrooms, a double bedroom again with added garden views and the spacious master bedroom with ample storage and added en-suite shower and WC the perfect space to relax and enjoy a good nights rest.
