Visit the local hotel restaurant or take a trip down into Lyme Regis and explore the pretty cobbled streets, which offer a great selection of shops, cafes and galleries. Being only minutes from a choice of beaches and the Devon border, you are sure to find plenty to do here whatever the weather.

Steps and a shared pathway lead you from the parking to the single storey studio style property. The door brings you into a bright space overlooking the garden with countryside views beyond. Inside, the open-plan property maximises the use of space with a cosy lounge/diner/bedroom, offering spots for reading on the sofas, enjoying light breakfasts or recharging your batteries. A handy kitchen adjoins the main room, and there is a separate shower room too. This studio apartment has a heat pump heating/cooling system. When the day is done a king-size bed ensures a good night’s sleep.
Outside, the open terrace has unrivalled views of your surroundings, and you are welcome to explore the extensive shared grounds and use the shared outdoor pool from May to September - guests can book a 50 minute slot each day for the pool (maximum 1 slot per household per day) – there will be a non-refundable payment of £2 per person, details of the booking system will be displayed in the property on arrival. Laundry facilities are available for a small charge on-site, and free parking for one car is subject to availability. Please note, access to the property is either down a set of outside stairs to the small courtyard or via a long flat path.
