Great Yarmouth Power Station Beach, also known as Great Yarmouth South Beach, is a lesser-known stretch of coastline located towards the southerly end of Great Yarmouth's soft sandy beach.

The beach is situated near the River Yare and can only be reached by walking south from the main beach further up, as there is no access from the road. This beach forms the southern end of the sandy stretch of coastline next to the traditional seaside resort of Great Yarmouth.

The beach offers a wide stretch of clean, flat, golden sand, backed by low dunes. Behind the dunes lies the power station, which dominates the view and gives the beach its name. Some may find the industrial landscape behind the beach detracts from the otherwise pleasant views. However, the beach is less busy than other sandy beaches in the area, making it a good spot for sunbathing, watersports, or splashing about in the waves.

The beach provides a good chance of spotting gannets, guillemots, little auks, and other seabirds. Occasionally, seals can be seen bobbing up and down in the offshore waters. From the beach, Scroby Sands windfarm can be seen in the distance. The beach is ideal for watersports enthusiasts, bird spotters, and ship watchers.

Great Yarmouth itself has all the facilities and amusements that one would expect of a town which has been a holiday destination since the 1760s. There are two piers, nightclubs, arcades, and plenty of cafes, pubs, and restaurants. The Pleasure Beach theme park can be found close to the northern end of this beach. There is on-street paid parking available, along with public toilets and disabled access.

This beach is dog friendly all year round.
