This property is located in a pleasant area of Eastbourne, within an easy five-minute walk of the seafront. Almost directly opposite the property, visitors will find Princes Park, a wonderful place to spend an afternoon wandering the formal gardens, having fun on the boating lake, and playing in the children’s play areas and seasonal splash pad. Next to the park is a fantastic water sports centre which offers instruction in a number of activities including windsurfing, powerboating, and stand-up paddle boarding. Other attractions within easy reach of the property include the Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway, the town’s Victorian pier, and the South Downs National Park.
Upon arrival at this property, guests will first come to the attractive, light-filled lounge. This room has maintained some of the period details of the cottage, including the bay window and the original tiled fireplace. There are comfortable sofas on which to relax and unwind, perhaps while catching up with a favourite programme on the TV. The kitchen is a sleek, contemporary space which is equipped to a high standard with an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, 4-slice toast, dishwasher, and washing machine. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: a king-size room with ample wardrobe storage and a twin. The bathroom can also be found on the first floor and offers a bath, separate shower cubicle, and WC. Conveniently, there is also another separate WC just next to the bathroom.
Outside, there is a large patio garden to the rear of the property, with table and chairs, making it ideal for enjoying al fresco dining. There is unrestricted roadside parking in front of the property, subject to availability.
