Situated in the pretty village of Oving, which has a traditional thatched inn serving delicious food with brewery attached, you will find the property is ideally located for taking long walks in the South Downs or why not plan a visit to the nearby Goodwood Estate. Heading west from the village you will find this picturesque area has an abundance of pretty towns and villages to explore, including Chichester and Bosham. If lazy days spent at the beach are more your style, the beautiful shores at East and West Wittering are also easily accessible from here. Make the most of every bit of sun by relaxing on the raised decking area, which overlooks the fields beyond and has beautiful views. Heading across the tennis court you will find off-road parking in the farm yard for two cars.
