Found in a country village, this property sits alongside a lane running directly down to Seatown beach. Less than 1 mile away, you can walk, cycle or drive down to the beach and leave your car in Seatown car park. Spend lazy afternoons by the shore, taking in views of the beautiful Golden Cap. Or don your walking shoes and head up Langdon Hill less than 1 mile away and reward yourselves with jaw-dropping views. Upon your return to your home-from-home, sweet and savoury treats can be picked up the village bakery, as well as picking up all of your groceries from the village store less than 200 metres from your front door. Within 500 metres, you’ll find two pubs, both serving hot food and refreshing drinks or an award-winning pub is within walking distance in Seatown.
Step indoors and into the hallway. From, here a door to your left takes you into the lounge/diner while, straight ahead along the corridor, a step up leads to the downstairs shower room, stairs and kitchen. In the split level lounge/diner, this spacious room is home to a dining table and ample comfy seating.
