Description

Offering far-reaching views over the Pembrokeshire countryside and making a cosy and relaxing holiday home, this lovely cottage dates back to 1856 and was once part of the vast Picton Estate.

The picturesque hillside village of Penally is about a mile and a quarter from Tenby and overlooks both Tenby Golf Course and the beautiful sandy stretches of South Beach. The 186-mile Pembrokeshire Coast Path runs past the village, with Giltar Point (1.6 miles) making a prominent local landmark. Penally is home to two friendly pubs, a 13th-century church which houses an ancient Celtic Cross, and the prehistoric Hoyle’s Mouth Cave. Tenby provides a host of restaurants, cafes and pubs, as well as historic buildings and landmarks to explore. Local activities include quad biking, golf, sea fishing, water sports, and boat trips out to Caldey Island. Nearby attractions include Manor Wildlife Park (3.5 miles) and Oakwood Theme Park (11 miles).
