Longis Beach, situated on the sheltered south-east coast of Alderney, is a popular destination for beachgoers. .

Longis Bay features a wide, south-facing sandy beach, bounded on the east by Raz Island, which is home to Fort Raz. The island and fort are connected to the beach by a causeway that becomes covered at high tide.

The beach boasts a gently sloping sand and a shallow gradient, making it an ideal spot for paddling. The causeway to Raz Island is open except when it is covered by the sea. Towards the eastern end of the beach, there are numerous rockpools to explore.

Fort Raz, located on Raz Island, was heavily fortified during World War II, and remnants of the coastal defences can still be seen along the beach. A notable feature is the long wall built during the German Occupation, which provides shelter from the wind.
