St Cyrus Beach, located in Scotland, is a wide expanse of sandy beach backed by spectacular red granite cliffs and home to a national nature reserve. .

St Cyrus Beach, formerly known as Ecclesgreig Beach, is a long and wide sandy beach that stretches for approximately 3 miles along the coast. The beach is set within the St Cyrus National Nature Reserve, one of the most important botanical nature reserves in Scotland. The reserve is home to over 70 different species of bird and provides a habitat for many flowering plants and insects, being the northernmost limit for some of these species.

The beach is backed by spectacular red granite cliffs and runs along the coast until it reaches the mouth of the River North Esk. To the north, it runs to a rocky outcrop, where a castle once stood, and traditional salmon fishing with nets can still be observed at times. The most popular pastime in the area is walking, and visitors can enjoy excellent views of the surrounding coastline from the cliff tops. Spring and summer are the best times for spotting wild flowers and breeding birds, whilst winter is ideal for seeing wading birds. There is also the possibility of spotting dolphins and whales in the surf, and seals sometimes come ashore along the sand.

A small car park can be found at the end of Beach Road from the town of St Cyrus, with access down a path with steps that descend the cliffs. Facilities such as shops and places to eat can be found in the village centre. A larger car park is available along North Esk Park, next to the Nature Reserve Visitor Centre, which includes toilets, disabled spaces, and a path that takes visitors across the dunes and down to the beach.
