Kirkcaldy Linktown Beach forms the southern end of Kirkcaldy and features a long sand and shingle beach that overlooks the Firth of Forth. The beach stretches south from Port Brae in Kirkcaldy, on the north bank of the Firth of Forth.
The Port Brae end of the beach has a dock with a number of piers. An esplanade runs alongside the beach, next to the A921 and offers views towards Edinburgh. On the other side of the road to the beach are a leisure centre and plenty of shops, including supermarkets. There are a number of car parks in the area.
The Fife Coast Path runs along the beach, providing a scenic route for walkers and cyclists. Kirkcaldy has three parks, a museum, and art gallery, offering a range of activities and attractions for visitors. Each year, the town holds a Links Market, which is said to be the longest street fair in Europe.
