Clevedon Bay is an old Victorian seaside resort situated at the mouth of the River Severn. The resort boasts a long pier that is popular with fishermen and is a local tourist attraction. The pier, which opened on Easter Monday in 1869, was given Grade 1 listed building status in 2001, making it the only Grade 1 listed pier in England.
