Neyland Slip is situated in the parish of Llanstadwell, near the village of Neyland, which was once a working harbour and busy fishing village. The beach is a small area of mud and shingle, located next to a slipway, and offers easy access to the sheltered waters of Milford Haven.
The area has a rich history, with Neyland having been a significant harbour in the past. Today, the beach and surrounding area offer a range of attractions and activities, including water sports, sailing, and walking. A yacht club is located on the northern part of the Cleddau River, and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path passes through the area, offering stunning views of the surrounding coastline.
The nearby village of Hazelbeach offers a small shingle beach overlooking the Cleddau Estuary, as well as a range of amenities, including the Ferry House Inn, which serves as an excellent base for walkers and cyclists. The inn offers refreshments and accommodation, and is located close to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, making it easy to explore the surrounding natural beauty and nearby attractions.
The local area offers a range of outdoor activities, including watercraft activities, fishing trips, and kayaking. The nearby Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and marina also offer opportunities for exploration and adventure.
