Dale Beach, located in Pembrokeshire, is a charming coastal spot that offers a unique blend of natural beauty, watersports, and rich history. .

Dale Beach boasts a shingle beach with sandy areas at low tide, making it an attractive destination for watersports enthusiasts and those seeking a relaxing day out. The beach is surrounded by an attractive seafront, and its history dates back to Tudor times when it was a smugglers' village.

The beach is a haven for watersports enthusiasts, with activities such as sailing, windsurfing, and kayaking available. The area is also home to a windsurfing centre and offers boat hire and tuition for those looking to try their hand at various water sports. The bay's sheltered location and wide, sandy and shingle beach make it an ideal spot for fishing, water skiing, and other water activities.

The beach has a range of facilities, including parking spaces, public toilets, a post office, and a bus stop. There is also a wheelchair-friendly slip made of concrete that leads to the sand, and disabled parking is available on the beachfront. Visitors can enjoy refreshments at the café/restaurant and pub, and a lifeguard service is also provided during certain times of the year.

The area is a haven for nature lovers and birdwatchers, with a multitude of wading birds attracted to the salt mudflats. The beach has regularly been awarded Blue Flag Status, and has also received an award from the Marine Conservation Society (MCS) for its excellent water quality.

The beach is dog-friendly, although there are restrictions in place during certain times of the year. From 1st May to 30th September, dogs are not allowed at the northern end of the beach, near the slipway and pontoon.

Dale Beach is adjacent to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and the Wales Coast Path.
