Hoylake Red Rocks Beach, situated on the Wirral peninsula in Merseyside, is a large and sandy beach that offers stunning views of the Irish Sea, the River Dee Estuary, and Hilbre Island. .

Hoylake Red Rocks beach is located on Hilbre Point at the tip of the Wirral peninsula, overlooking the Irish Sea and the River Dee Estuary. The beach gets its name from the sandstone outcrops at Hilbre Point. It is situated near the more popular West Kirby beach, which features a large outdoor bathing pool and lifeguards on duty. As the tide recedes, the sands at Hoylake Red Rocks appear to stretch on forever, and it is possible to walk out to Hilbre Island, although caution is advised due to the quickly moving tides.

The beach is part of a nature reserve consisting of sand dunes, reedbeds, and marsh, providing a habitat for the rare natterjack toad, several types of orchid, and various bird species. Hoylake Beach, which includes Red Rocks, is a top spot for sand yachting, kite buggying, and swimming, although it is not officially classified as a designated bathing beach. The beach is also home to the Hoylake Sailing Club, which organises local events and competitions. Visitors can enjoy walking or cycling along the promenade, and the nearby Royal Liverpool Golf Club, one of the UK's oldest golf links, offers stunning coastal views.

The Red Rocks Nature Reserve, located at the western tip of the peninsula, features a beach, sand dunes, and marshes, making it an ideal spot for walking, birdwatching, and rock pooling at low tide. The reserve is easily accessible on foot or by car, with parking available on Stanley Road.

Hoylake Beach, including Red Rocks, is a dog-friendly beach with easy access, plenty of free parking nearby, and a train station just a five-minute walk away. Visitors can enjoy a range of activities, including sand yachting, kite buggying, swimming, and golfing, making it a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts.
