Hythe Beach is a resort beach located in the north of Hythe Bay, Kent, on the south-eastern coast of England. .

Hythe Beach is a steep pebble beach with some shingle at the rear, which exposes a flat part at low tide. The beach is predominantly shingle with wide shallow sand flats exposed at low water. A promenade, approximately two miles in length, runs behind the beach and is used by cyclists and pedestrians.

The beach is situated on the south-eastern coast, approximately midway between Folkestone and Dymchurch. The unspoiled beach slopes quite steeply into the sea, and the water can become deep surprisingly quickly when the tide is in. On clear days, it might be possible to see the distant shores of France across the Channel.

The promenade has a number of outlets and stands selling ice-creams, food, and beverages, as well as plenty of benches along the way. The beach is a fairly popular spot for fishing and windsurfing, and there is a sailing club nearby. Visitors can also walk along the promenade or take The Royal Military Canal Path, a walk which forms part of the Saxon Shoreway.

There are several hotels and restaurants in the area, including the Hythe Imperial Hotel, which has a nine-hole golf course situated between the canal and the beach. The Best Western Stade Court Hotel also has some rooms with sea views. Visitors can enjoy lunch at the Hythe Bay Seafood Restaurant, which serves traditional dishes such as cod and chips.

The beach is dog-friendly off-peak season and restricted between 1st May - 30th September. Dogs are allowed on the promenade but must be kept on leads.
